Thank you for shopping and supporting Mad Dude Ar! Please read our terms and conditions carefully and fully before purchasing to ensure that you know exactly what to expect from us in taking care of your order. By purchasing from Mad Dude Art, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Payments

  • Mad Dude Art accepts most debit/credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Our checkout process is conducted by Stripe and PayPal.

  • Complete and accurate shipping and billing information is required at checkout. If there are any mistakes in the information you provided, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. We are not responsible for compensation or issuing a refund if incorrect information was provided and the product has already been shipped.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Standard US Dollars (USD).

  • Any discounts must be applied at the time of checkout. A discount cannot be applied after the purchase has already been made.

Customer Notifications

  • Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email including the order confirmation number and a summary of your purchase. If you have any questions regarding your order, please refer back to this email to obtain your order number. This makes it much easier for us to help you!

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email including a copy of your order confirmation, shipping and tracking information, as well as an estimated delivery date (if available).

Shipping

  • Please be mindful that as an independent artist, I am the only one processing and filling orders, and that most products are made to order, all painted by hand. Slight variations may occur from piece to piece. Please allow up to two weeks processing time before your order is shipped. Shipping rates vary by carrier and location.

  • Unfortunately, Mad Dude Art is not currently able to ship internationally. We are only shipping within the United States for now, but we hope to change that soon!

  • Once items leave our facility, Mad Dude Art is no longer responsible for broken, lost, or stolen items. If anything is wrong with your package, you may contact FedEx or USPS (depending on which carrier is selected) and file a claim using the tracking information emailed to you. It is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim within the appropriate time frame (designated in the order confirmation email). If you have any questions about filing a claim, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you to the best of our ability.

Cancellations

  • Mad Dude Art reserves the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders without prior notice. This includes cancellations due to incorrect information on our site, incorrect or incomplete shipping or billing information, and/or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email explanation, and a refund (if applicable).

Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Mad Dude Art is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If there is a problem with your order, please review the “Shipping” section above.

  • If the product is not damaged but something is wrong, feel free to Contact Us and we will do our best to help!

  • Mad Dude Art is not responsible for damages caused by normal wear and tear on the product. Please be mindful that each item is original hand-painted artwork and may be damaged if handled inappropriately. To find out more about how to care for your products, check out our FAQ page here.
